There’s no doubt Demi Lovato has overcome obstacles in her life, including being bullied as a child and then checking into rehab at age 18 for bulimia and self-mutilation. Fortunately, Demi Lovato has turned her struggles into a positive message for girls all over the world who have experienced difficulties like her own, and in the most permanent way possible. Many of Demi Lovatos tattoos serve as a reminder of what she has been through in life and represent the stronger person she is now that she has addressed and dealt with her physical and emotional issues. In fact, some of Demi Lovato’s tattoos, including her “Stay Strong” wrist tattoo, actually conceal visible scars she has on her wrists from the years she spent cutting, and the teen star sees this cover-up as a positive and very permanent message to herself and others. We sure are happy that Demi Lovato is on the road to recovery, and we’re also happy she is such a tattoo lover
